Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ralf Abing started the match with the kick off. The attack was good, but when Ralf Abing in the 6th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Langholm booed when Black Cobra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thue Bonsvig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kornelius Hasseldam's late challenge caught a Langholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kornelius Hasseldam helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Black Cobra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kornelius Hasseldam to maneuver through the defense. Bjarke Gjølander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bjarke Gjølander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Kelsby having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Peder Fagerhøj managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peder Fagerhøj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ralf Abing did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Thorkild Marlet 26 minutes into the match. Wictor Bjørcklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Kelsby having to interfere. Peder Fagerhøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thorkild Marlet having to interfere. Moses Kelsby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjarke Gjølander, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Thorkild Marlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Abing in the 44th minute of play. Ralf Abing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thorkild Marlet having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jess Lillegård stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augustinus Løvsø kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Wictor Klitbøl in the 53rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Thorkild Marlet's left hand side. Peder Fagerhøj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Langholm's goal looked a bit too open when Jess Lillegård came free, but Moses Kelsby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black Cobra's Thorkild Marlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Abing in the 74th minute of play. Thorkild Marlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Fagerhøj in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Ralf Abing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorkild Marlet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Langholm's Ralf Abing got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Black Cobra's Thorkild Marlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Abing in the 95th minute of play.
