Spectators: 6757 (Terracing: 5050, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osvald Rettinger started the match with the kick off. Helge Jørgensdorf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvald Rettinger's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. A collision led to Hellerup getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bobbi Chojar hit a great ball. The Ryumgaard SIK fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Ryumgaard SIK's Osvald Rettinger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eyvin Strandskov got free with Jens Aavad in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, David Littung fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alex Reynstind kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Littung in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens Aavad saved Ryumgaard SIK from getting behind. Helge Jørgensdorf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvald Rettinger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvald Rettinger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Jørgensdorf having to interfere. David Littung struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jens Aavad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hellerup. Tristan Eghjort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Helge Jørgensdorf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvald Rettinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Littung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Aavad having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Rainar Sindal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jens Aavad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyvin Strandskov in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Hellerup's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Rettinger came free, but Helge Jørgensdorf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens Aavad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Littung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens Aavad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Littung in the 65th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Hellerup got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Norborg. Hellerup's Helge Jørgensdorf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Rettinger in the 69th minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Eyvin Strandskov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hellerup's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eyvin Strandskov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ryumgaard SIK's Jens Aavad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Littung in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Ryumgaard SIK got a freekick which was hit by Tristan Eghjort. Eyvin Strandskov scored 1-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens Aavad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 minutes, Sixten Weiner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellerup and the Ryumgaard SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ryumgaard SIK booed when Hellerup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Weiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tristan Eghjort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ryumgaard SIK's Alex Reynstind got a free kick in the 97th minute. Hektor Setberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Hellerup lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
