After some careless play in the Lintrup defense, Ricard Kaihøi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olfert Brandenhoff. The Lintrup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olfert Brandenhoff should have stopped the shot. Olfert Brandenhoff came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Hventgård AC's Markus Nees. But to his dismay, Markus Nees quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Lintrup's Dirk Ramsrud got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olfert Brandenhoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricard Kaihøi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Hventgård AC booed when Lintrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bent Mousing didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lintrup's Bent Mousing got a free kick in the 31st minute. Markus Nees sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Hventgård AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Nees was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dirk Ramsrud was the one to do the kick off. Terkil Scheye came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Lintrup's Dirk Ramsrud. But to his dismay, Dirk Ramsrud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Markus Nees's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olfert Brandenhoff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Alan Aube sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Lohorst hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Lintrup got a freekick which was hit by Caspar Lans. After recieving a nice pass, Hventgård AC's Romeo Bøge tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Lintrup got a freekick which was hit by Caspar Lans. In the 81st minute, Lintrup's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ricard Kaihøi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Hventgård AC's Hagbard Mersch got a free kick in the 87th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hventgård AC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
