Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Engbjerg to strike the kick off in the second half. Henrik Voldsgård could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Jannich Hørmer made a huge save. Jannich Hørmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Gersløv, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Aastrup SIK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
