Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zakarias Hartholm started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zakarias Hartholm in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Kullebo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Egon Gudum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Bjørstad having to interfere. Fölleslev FV's Jonny Bjørstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theodor Præbel in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Fölleslev FV getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Frode Westengaard hit a great ball. Arnold Preusche was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jonny Bjørstad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theodor Præbel's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Egon Gudum left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Børglum fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teddi Samsig during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Børglum got a freekick which was hit by Teddi Samsig. Zakarias Hartholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Eric Kullebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Børglum's Alexander Celnik got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Fölleslev FV's Jonny Bjørstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theodor Præbel in the 36th minute of play. When Egon Gudum came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Børglum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egon Gudum couldn't finish the play. If Egon Gudum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Askild Thauner kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fölleslev FV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arnold Preusche was slow to take the kick. During this time Børglum's players had a chance to rest. The Fölleslev FV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Børglum were winning 0-1.

Egon Gudum spun around in front of the goal 52 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Fölleslev FV's goal. Fölleslev FV's Frode Westengaard got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Frode Westengaard off the ground. In the 64th minute, Reiner Løvlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Kullebo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 69 minutes into the match, Børglum's goal looked a bit too open when Reiner Løvlund came free, but Eric Kullebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zakarias Hartholm hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Theodor Præbel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Bjørstad having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Børglum's goal looked a bit too open when Reiner Løvlund came free, but Eric Kullebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Børglum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Celnik to maneuver through the defense. Reiner Løvlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Kullebo having to interfere. The supporters of Børglum booed when Fölleslev FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franz Fuhrmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egon Gudum struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Jonny Bjørstad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Børglum.
