But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silas Bounde couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Niclas Martos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laust Degnegaard was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Laust Degnegaard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gåsetofte. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niclas Martos to make the kick off. After 72 minutes of play, Gåsetofte's Silas Bounde made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laust Degnegaard was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Gåsetofte's Silas Bounde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laust Degnegaard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. John Rimme made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Pelle Kjelsholt sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Niclas Martos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laust Degnegaard was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Niko Motzkus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laust Degnegaard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gåsetofte's Silas Bounde got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
