Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lavrits Bresann got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 7 minutes, Lavrits Bresann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lavrits Bresann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Arsenal FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Niklaes Sajn fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ejnar Jøhnk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tycho Morud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Oswald Mejsler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oswald Mejsler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ejnar Jøhnk's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Leif Uglsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ejnar Jøhnk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklaes Sajn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Konstantin Marin made a huge save. The supporters of Arsenal FC booed when Gurre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benth Heichendorff didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Gurre defense, Tycho Morud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oswald Mejsler. The Gurre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oswald Mejsler should have stopped the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Ejnar Jøhnk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ejnar Jøhnk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gurre:s Oswald Mejsler showed great skill when he stopped Dick Harving:s penalty. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tycho Morud made a kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Arsenal FC's Bertel Holmvænge tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tycho Morud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oswald Mejsler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Tycho Morud was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lavrits Bresann kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, Gurre's Oswald Mejsler got control of the ball when Ejnar Jøhnk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ejnar Jøhnk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Oswald Mejsler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tycho Morud came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tycho Morud couldn't finish the play. Tycho Morud struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Oswald Mejsler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal FC. Ejnar Jøhnk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ejnar Jøhnk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute Tycho Morud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswald Mejsler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ejnar Jøhnk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Oswald Mejsler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tycho Morud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswald Mejsler having to interfere. Gurre's Niklaes Sajn got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oswald Mejsler made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Ejnar Jøhnk sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Arsenal FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gurre throughout the match.
