In the 56thth minute of the game Poul Bærndt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gurre's Oswald Mejsler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Gurre's goal looked a bit too open when Jannick Jelkvist came free, but Oswald Mejsler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Vaag was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lavrits Bresann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, FC årslev's Jannick Jelkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oswald Mejsler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gurre eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
