After 3 played minutes Gjærup got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Røen. Oscar Ruprecht came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Spjalde's Sigurt Hertvig. But to his dismay, Sigurt Hertvig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Valentin Felbøl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hauge Ibling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franck Dyve hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Valentin Felbøl came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Gjærup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Felbøl couldn't finish the play. Gjærup's Vinzent Bensdal got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Spjalde's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vinzent Bensdal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gjærup's Vinzent Bensdal got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oscar Ruprecht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigurt Hertvig, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Oscar Ruprecht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddie Spendser in the 30th minute of the match. When Sigurt Hertvig came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Spjalde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigurt Hertvig couldn't finish the play. If Ebbe Iorck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddi Gulfan kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Valentin Felbøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Gjærup players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spjalde were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddie Spendser to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vinzent Bensdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hauge Ibling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ebbe Iorck, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Vinzent Bensdal might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hauge Ibling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinzent Bensdal ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Sigurt Hertvig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spjalde's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigurt Hertvig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Ruprecht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Gjærup's Valentin Felbøl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hauge Ibling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Valentin Felbøl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hauge Ibling was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Jari Høst hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Hauge Ibling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Felbøl in the 76th minute of the match. Spjalde's Freddie Spendser was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 84 minutes of play, Spjalde's Sigurt Hertvig made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Ruprecht was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hauge Ibling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinzent Bensdal in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Felbøl in the 92nd minute of play forced Spjalde's goalkeeper Hauge Ibling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Gjærup supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Spjalde's performance. The match ended with a win for Spjalde.
