Tavs Bru might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Verner Bremsbøll. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience was convinced that Asgar Frennenæs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Verner Bremsbøll was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Asgar Frennenæs had several of the Venslev's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Verner Bremsbøll as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tavs Bru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Verner Bremsbøll made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tavs Bru in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Skovsang during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes South Ham got a freekick which was hit by Artur Skovsang. In the 21stth minute of the game Asgar Frennenæs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venslev's Verner Bremsbøll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Marc Taskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elmar Søriis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. South Ham's Elmar Søriis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc Taskov in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Luis Elmeland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but South Ham's Elmar Søriis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 35 played minutes Venslev got a freekick which was hit by August Tørnqvist. Tejs Moustesgaard, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Verner Bremsbøll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asgar Frennenæs in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Elmeland made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asgar Frennenæs in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Verner Bremsbøll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Skovsang was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to South Ham getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Artur Skovsang hit a great ball. Elmar Søriis was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Marc Taskov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marc Taskov really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Tavs Bru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Bremsbøll having to interfere. When Tavs Bru came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the South Ham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tavs Bru couldn't finish the play. Venslev's Marc Taskov got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Asgar Frennenæs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South Ham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venslev the free kick. A collision led to South Ham getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Asgar Frennenæs hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the South Ham players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
