Ebbe Nørdorf stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bjørn Binnerup. 0-1. After 20th play minutes Helmuth Kisballe shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Bjørn Binnerup and just under the crossbar into goal. Hektor Galle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mortimer Ejersted having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Helmuth Kisballe in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjørn Binnerup saved Maade FC from getting behind. The supporters of Gudum SIK booed when Maade FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oluf Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Asmind Grammelstorf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gudum SIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Asmind Grammelstorf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bjørn Binnerup breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Hektor Galle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gudum SIK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
