With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asmus Linroed prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 12 played minutes FC Amager got a freekick which was hit by Taus Stenild. After 13 minutes of play, Shamrock FC's Caspar Grymer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asmus Linroed was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aleks Nørtov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asmus Linroed having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Shamrock FC's Caspar Grymer got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Shamrock FC's zone, Taus Stenild stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Obel came out of the goal and Taus Stenild tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Brizarr got free with Albert Obel in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Asmus Linroed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caspar Grymer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Amager getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Thorvald Mallinger hit a great ball. Shamrock FC's Caspar Grymer got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Brizarr got free with Albert Obel in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Caspar Grymer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, one of Shamrock FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shamrock FC. Shamrock FC:s Albert Obel showed great skill when he stopped Thøger Billqvist:s penalty. Albert Obel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kai Brizarr in the 45th minute. Micael Bøgballe hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Nicklas Lykkevold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicklas Lykkevold stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Shamrock FC's Caspar Grymer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asmus Linroed made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Caspar Grymer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Amager's Asmus Linroed proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC Amager from getting a goal against them. Albert Obel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Brizarr in the 68th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Shamrock FC's goalie and right to Chris Nanver. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Shamrock FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to FC Amager getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Chris Nanver hit a great ball. Albert Obel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villy Korskjær in the 80th minute of play. The corner ended in Thøger Billqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Shamrock FC's Albert Obel did a great save. Thanks to some nice moves Caspar Grymer could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Asmus Linroed however easily saved by the left post. Nicklas Lykkevold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shamrock FC made a substitution. Lasse Stradel replaced Kris Jet. A collision led to FC Amager getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Villy Korskjær hit a great ball. Shamrock FC's Tor Karkov was substituted for Vilmar Saadbye. After a rather tough play, FC Amager's Micael Bøgballe got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Shamrock FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
