Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Preben Bogs started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Petter Marsfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Regnemark SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petter Marsfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Micael Triantafyllou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainar Asvig in the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Preben Bogs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Slangen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, FC Slangen's Micael Triantafyllou got control of the ball when Petter Marsfeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Sigmund Karsbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Augustus Sønderby came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the FC Slangen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustus Sønderby couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Regnemark SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Augustus Sønderby came free, but Pablo Woling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Regnemark SIK defense, Preben Bogs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Woling. The Regnemark SIK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Woling should have stopped the shot. Pablo Woling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustus Sønderby, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Regnemark SIK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Teodor Hendrup hit a great ball. Augustus Sønderby struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Pablo Woling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Slangen. Regnemark SIK's Pablo Woling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Preben Bogs in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Regnemark SIK's goalkeeper Pablo Woling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Regnemark SIK's zone, Preben Bogs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Woling came out of the goal and Preben Bogs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Augustus Sønderby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Kevin Parsbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Slangen's Augustus Sønderby got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rainar Asvig to make the kick off. Petter Marsfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Rainar Asvig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Regnemark SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rainar Asvig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pablo Woling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Preben Bogs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claus Nørreklit charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claus Nørreklit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Regnemark SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claus Nørreklit to maneuver through the defense. Augustus Sønderby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petter Marsfeldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Micael Triantafyllou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petter Marsfeldt ran back to his position shaking his head. Claus Nørreklit kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Augustus Sønderby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Regnemark SIK's Jannich Kragmann got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Jochens in the 85th minute of play forced Regnemark SIK's goalkeeper Pablo Woling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Preben Bogs struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Pablo Woling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Slangen. The supporters of FC Slangen booed when Regnemark SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jannich Kragmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Kevin Parsbæk sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Pablo Woling threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Kevin Parsbæk this time. Sigmund Karsbo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. FC Slangen's Micael Triantafyllou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petter Marsfeldt in the 97th minute of play.
