If Claus Daugstrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, Bering FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lennarth Bjerrehuus came free, but Sylvester Kolbak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eckhardt Blomvig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Eckhardt Blomvig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvester Kolbak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fjordager IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gerner Tayler 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Morthen Adelfest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerner Tayler in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Fjordager IF's Lennarth Bjerrehuus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sylvester Kolbak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claus Daugstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morthen Adelfest having to interfere. Sylvester Kolbak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennarth Bjerrehuus in the 36th minute of play. Eckhardt Blomvig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fjordager IF's zone, Gerner Tayler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Morthen Adelfest came out of the goal and Gerner Tayler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerner Tayler succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Morthen Adelfest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerner Tayler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Gerner Tayler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morthen Adelfest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Lennarth Bjerrehuus rounded Bering FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fjordager IF's goalkeeper Morthen Adelfest, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eckhardt Blomvig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Sylvester Kolbak made a huge save. After having played for 85 minutes, Lennarth Bjerrehuus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fjordager IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennarth Bjerrehuus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fjordager IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
