The shot was stopped by Axel Dejligbjerg but with some difficulty. 21 minutes into the match, Årup's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrid Mandsbyrd came free, but Ivan Kiilsholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, Nølev's Ludwig Bergenhammer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Kiilsholm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benjamin Steinø might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Kiilsholm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Steinø ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, Orla Voxen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Årup's Ivan Kiilsholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrid Mandsbyrd in the 28th minute of play. Berndt Kelsen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Axel Dejligbjerg firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 32nd minute Klemens Monil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Dejligbjerg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Ståhle charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Ståhle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tavs Brunner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Axel Dejligbjerg. Nølev's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ludwig Bergenhammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Orla Voxen charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
