That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Eske Ørslund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ferdinand Guldspang. Eske Ørslund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Borup IF's goalkeeper Ferdinand Guldspang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miklos Tarrild. Eske Ørslund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ferdinand Guldspang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miklos Tarrild's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Ferdinand Guldspang skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute, Luis Tingstrøm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eske Ørslund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Guldspang having to interfere. Miklos Tarrild could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ferdinand Guldspang made a huge save. Eske Ørslund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eske Ørslund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Borup IF's Fillip Darrell got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eske Ørslund to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Borup IF! After a rather tough play, Kærgård's Miklos Tarrild got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 71st minute, Ulrik Suduroy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mark Heilmann. The goal made the score 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Borup IF's zone, Eske Ørslund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinand Guldspang came out of the goal and Eske Ørslund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Miklos Tarrild had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinand Guldspang. Borup IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miklos Tarrild was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 81 minutes into the match, Borup IF's goal looked a bit too open when Miklos Tarrild came free, but Ferdinand Guldspang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miklos Tarrild in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdinand Guldspang saved Borup IF from getting behind. Eske Ørslund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ferdinand Guldspang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Miklos Tarrild made a precise shot to the right of Ferdinand Guldspang. Borup IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2.
