The supporters of The Talking Muffins booed when Gundsø FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunvald Buchner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gunvald Buchner's late challenge caught a The Talking Muffins's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunvald Buchner helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of The Talking Muffins booed when Gundsø FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunvald Buchner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Karl Bødker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gundsø FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Leonhard Jelmø received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Anhalzer came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonhard Jelmø slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Gundsø FC's goalkeeper Tommy Anhalzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Strømby. Leonhard Jelmø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Anhalzer having to interfere. Bernard Rafn's late challenge caught a The Talking Muffins's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Rafn helped the player get up and apologised. Bernard Rafn hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Peter Strømby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Talking Muffins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Strømby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Strømby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tommy Anhalzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gundsø FC's goalkeeper Tommy Anhalzer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 54th minute of the match Bernard Rafn completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bernard Rafn a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 55th minute, Bernard Rafn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hagbard Hejlesen kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Strømby in the 61st minute of play forced Gundsø FC's goalkeeper Tommy Anhalzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Karl Bødker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gundsø FC and the The Talking Muffins players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gundsø FC's Karl Bødker got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonhard Jelmø in the 67th minute of play forced Gundsø FC's goalkeeper Tommy Anhalzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance. Tommy Anhalzer came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by The Talking Muffins's Leonhard Jelmø. But to his dismay, Leonhard Jelmø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Leonhard Jelmø managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Talking Muffins's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonhard Jelmø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Anhalzer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Leonhard Jelmø notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Gundsø FC's Tommy Anhalzer. Tommy Anhalzer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, Leonhard Jelmø cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Tommy Anhalzer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Anhalzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Strømby in the 89th minute of the match. When Peter Strømby came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The Talking Muffins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Strømby couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the The Talking Muffins players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
