Spectators: 7050 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sonni Sølverbo started the match with the kick off. Volmer Preisum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonni Sølverbo in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonni Sølverbo in the 10th minute of play forced Skads SIK's goalkeeper Volmer Preisum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Skads SIK got a freekick which was hit by Ib Sørent. After having played for 23 minutes, Stephen Janstrup managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barholt FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephen Janstrup was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Skads SIK booed when Barholt FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenn Elvestad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sonni Sølverbo in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Volmer Preisum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute, Rupert Strandhof hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Sonni Sølverbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volmer Preisum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Volmer Preisum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephen Janstrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Sonni Sølverbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Volmer Preisum was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Volmer Preisum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephen Janstrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The corner ended in Gregers Roesholm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Skads SIK's Volmer Preisum did a great save. 44 minutes into the match, Skads SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Janstrup came free, but Volmer Preisum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Skads SIK's zone, Sonni Sølverbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Volmer Preisum came out of the goal and Sonni Sølverbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Volmer Preisum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonni Sølverbo in the 46th minute of the match. Skads SIK's Volmer Preisum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Janstrup in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 56th minute of the match Ulf Schilling sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Volmer Preisum skillfully saved the ball. When Barholt FV's Sonni Sølverbo in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skads SIK's goalie prevented a goal. Rupert Strandhof's late challenge caught a Barholt FV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rupert Strandhof helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Skads SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Strandhof to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st match minute, Barholt FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregers Roesholm to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathies Tjørntvedel in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bob Tuxværd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stephen Janstrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Gregers Roesholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barholt FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregers Roesholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Volmer Preisum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathies Tjørntvedel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Volmer Preisum made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephen Janstrup in the 80th minute. A collision led to Barholt FV getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Stephen Janstrup hit a great ball. Stephen Janstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volmer Preisum having to interfere. After 91 minutes, Gregers Roesholm made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Skads SIK's Volmer Preisum tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Stephen Janstrup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barholt FV played a much better game than Skads SIK and deserved their victory. The Skads SIK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
