With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ditlef Thornit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Åkirkeby FC booed when Brogaard FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerner Aranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Helmuth Rahbek's late challenge caught a Brogaard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Helmuth Rahbek helped the player get up and apologised. Gerner Aranda got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Groszhennig. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Jens Harsted put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ditlef Thornit. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Åkirkeby FC had won after a very even match.
