After a defensive mix-up in Hoborg FV's zone, Fred Glamsgaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aske Studsgard came out of the goal and Fred Glamsgaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The wind increased when Harald Orluff made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Alex Lørring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasse Starnov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasse Starnov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Hjul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tage Hjul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasse Starnov having to interfere. When Marios Parginos came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Amager United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marios Parginos couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Tage Hjul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Despite being the better team, Amager United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
