Erhardt Bryllebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Schiøttz in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Brøndby if getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Waldemar Rikhof hit a great ball. When Molgær AC's Dick Schiøttz in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brøndby if's goalie prevented a goal. 11 minutes into the game, Molgær AC's Dick Schiøttz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erhardt Bryllebo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Mikkel Asnov fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Molgær AC's protests and gave Mikkel Asnov a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Molgær AC got a freekick which was hit by Mikkel Asnov. Erhardt Bryllebo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dick Schiøttz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Kevin Pilby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Brøndby if's zone, Dick Schiøttz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erhardt Bryllebo came out of the goal and Dick Schiøttz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Molgær AC's Dick Schiøttz in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 33rdth minute of the game Kevin Pilby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brøndby if's Erhardt Bryllebo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dick Schiøttz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erhardt Bryllebo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute Kevin Pilby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhardt Bryllebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Schiøttz in the 39th minute of play forced Brøndby if's goalkeeper Erhardt Bryllebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Kevin Pilby notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Brøndby if's Erhardt Bryllebo. Erhardt Bryllebo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kevin Pilby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Erhardt Bryllebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Erhardt Bryllebo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 62nd minute, Molgær AC's Dick Schiøttz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Kevin Pilby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erhardt Bryllebo having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Brøndby if's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Schiøttz came free, but Erhardt Bryllebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Brøndby if's goalkeeper Erhardt Bryllebo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Pilby. Erhardt Bryllebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Schiøttz in the 70th minute of play. Nikolas Eshøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olav Blus having to interfere. If Kevin Pilby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Dick Schiøttz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhardt Bryllebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Pilby got free with Erhardt Bryllebo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Kevin Pilby could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Erhardt Bryllebo however easily saved by the left post. 85 minutes into the match, Brøndby if's goalkeeper Erhardt Bryllebo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Pilby. 87 minutes into the match, Brøndby if's goalkeeper Erhardt Bryllebo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Pilby. But to his dismay, Dick Schiøttz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Pilby couldn't finish the play. Dick Schiøttz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Molgær AC played a much better game than Brøndby if and deserved their victory. The Brøndby if players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
