Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sigvald Sentow started the match with the kick off. Bertold Vejlager took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Eglund. Richard Eglund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bertold Vejlager recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kornelius Treffner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilfred Printz in the 21st minute of the match. Kornelius Treffner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilfred Printz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Brohuse FC's Kornelius Treffner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilfred Printz in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Mourits Gudjohnsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saarup FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brohuse FC the free kick. After 31 minutes, Bjørn Vrads mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saarup FC and the Brohuse FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Brohuse FC booed when Saarup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjørn Vrads didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sigvald Sentow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Eglund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Bjørn Vrads was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Bjørn Vrads kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ian Bromerholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Bromerholm to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sigvald Sentow in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Eglund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vilfred Printz charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilfred Printz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 minutes of play, Brohuse FC's Bertold Vejlager made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Eglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc Hadsund's late challenge caught a Saarup FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Hadsund helped the player get up and apologised. Marc Hadsund hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Sigvald Sentow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Eglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigvald Sentow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Saarup FC's Thøger Tolvstein got a free kick in the 84th minute. Brohuse FC's Bertold Vejlager got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brohuse FC had won after a very even match.
