The supporters of Vejrum booed when Flying Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bøje Granbro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ernst Kjøbek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Morgan Skjoldahl got free with Marko Christby in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerdt Hollenbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Christby having to interfere. Morgan Skjoldahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Marko Christby made a huge save. After 19 played minutes Vejrum got a freekick which was hit by Micky Gyrithholm. Marko Christby made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Morgan Skjoldahl sent off a good shot on target. Morgan Skjoldahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marko Christby made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Skjoldahl in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Flying Eagles FC's Gerdt Hollenbo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marko Christby narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerdt Hollenbo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marko Christby having to make a save. Morgan Skjoldahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 49 minutes into the match, Vejrum's goalkeeper Marko Christby had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bobbi Taxhjelm. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Dennis Højberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernst Kjøbek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Nicolas Sohrt made a huge save. Morgan Skjoldahl took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marko Christby. Marko Christby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 66 played minutes Flying Eagles FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerdt Hollenbo. In the 71st minute Dennis Højberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Sohrt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ernst Kjøbek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Dennis Højberg in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dennis Højberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicolas Sohrt. That made the score 3-1 in the 86 minute of play. In the 89th minute, Micky Gyrithholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerdt Hollenbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vejrum's Marko Christby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Skjoldahl in the 92nd minute of play. If Dennis Højberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Flying Eagles FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
