An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Weesch in the 8th minute of play forced Mørkøv's goalkeeper Hjalmar Alius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Gustaf Skodsbøl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Taus Bromark was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Edvard Weesch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hostrup's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvard Weesch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Kim Byrsvang put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Taus Bromark. Taus Bromark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Skodsbøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gustaf Skodsbøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Gustaf Skodsbøl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hostrup's Taus Bromark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Hostrup players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mørkøv were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edvard Weesch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hostrup's zone, Ronny Markersen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taus Bromark came out of the goal and Ronny Markersen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Hostrup's goal looked a bit too open when Jasper Thyrri came free, but Taus Bromark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jasper Thyrri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hjalmar Alius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Detlef Holben, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Detlef Holben struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Hjalmar Alius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hostrup. Mørkøv's Hjalmar Alius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Detlef Holben in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Detlef Holben got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hostrup fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Moritz Bressum walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Taus Bromark came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Mørkøv's Gustaf Skodsbøl. But to his dismay, Gustaf Skodsbøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the match was over Mørkøv could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hostrup throughout the match.
