Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Kastrup FC's Bjarne Dockal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Filgart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of avnispor booed when Kastrup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainer Kiplev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kastrup FC's Mickey Borsinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niko Rinager in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kastrup FC's Rainer Kiplev got a free kick in the 10th minute. Niko Rinager made in the 17th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Boye Greisholm. Kastrup FC's Therkil Skølstrup managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rupert Bjellum in the 21 minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Bengt Mylenberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Filgart was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Mickey Borsinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uffe Jøker in the 30th minute of the match. Bjarne Dockal struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Jan Filgart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kastrup FC. In the 40th minute Walther Alrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Borsinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boye Greisholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Mickey Borsinger made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Kastrup FC's Rainer Kiplev got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walther Alrik to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Niko Rinager left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The avnispor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Bengt Mylenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jan Filgart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, Kastrup FC's Bengt Mylenberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Filgart was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bjarne Dockal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bengt Mylenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, avnispor's Niko Rinager nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mickey Borsinger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Walther Alrik took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mickey Borsinger. Mickey Borsinger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Boye Greisholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rainer Kiplev was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that avnispor were the better team. avnispor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
