Finn Brøns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Børge Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svenåge Klippegård stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Finn Brøns stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svend Lilleskov's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svend Lilleskov in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Finn Brøns saved Kamstrup SIK from getting behind. Jannick Franksen's late challenge caught a Torrup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jannick Franksen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kamstrup SIK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jannick Franksen hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Børge Karlsson during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Børge Karlsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Finn Brøns. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
