Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Torbjørn Lundbirk got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjørn Lundbirk in the 5th minute of play forced Moseby FV's goalkeeper Hasse Liblik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, FC Åbakken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Therkild Tank to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Torbjørn Lundbirk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hasse Liblik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, FC Åbakken's goalkeeper Terri Schlie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sepp Vang. In the 18th minute Vagn Degett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terri Schlie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torbjørn Lundbirk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vagn Degett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moseby FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Vagn Degett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terri Schlie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hasse Liblik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Therkild Tank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Therkild Tank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasse Liblik having to interfere. Terri Schlie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vagn Degett in the 36th minute of the match. Hasse Liblik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torbjørn Lundbirk went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 48th minute, Torbjørn Lundbirk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasse Liblik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The Moseby FV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Åbakken were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vagn Degett to strike the kick off in the second half. Hasse Liblik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjørn Lundbirk in the 60th minute of play. FC Åbakken's Terri Schlie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sepp Vang in the 62nd minute of play. A hard shot 64 in the game by Therkild Tank from a close distance when the talented Hasse Liblik managed to make a qualified save. Moseby FV's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Sepp Vang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moseby FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Sepp Vang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terri Schlie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terri Schlie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sepp Vang in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Åbakken's goalkeeper Terri Schlie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Sepp Vang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moseby FV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vagn Degett in the 81st minute of play forced FC Åbakken's goalkeeper Terri Schlie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Åbakken getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Rainar Opsahl hit a great ball. In the 85th minute of the match Jim Gripping shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Terri Schlie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Sepp Vang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Wolfgang Torngren notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of FC Åbakken's Terri Schlie. Terri Schlie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Terri Schlie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vagn Degett in the 96th minute of play. If Therkild Tank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Åbakken eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
