Hostrup's Tor Schnelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klavs Næhr in the 38th minute of play. Klavs Næhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Schnelle having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Hostrup's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Hillestrøm came free, but Tor Schnelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Hostrup's Sigvard Dannaar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After having played for 54 minutes, Pablo Hillestrøm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team dildo jan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Hillestrøm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hostrup's Tor Schnelle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Hostrup from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Team dildo jan's Walther Rank got a free kick in the 67th minute. Jens Rosenvard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Dannaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Hillestrøm got free with Tor Schnelle in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferdinand Borris kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Team dildo jan got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Hillestrøm. In the 91st minute, Pablo Hillestrøm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team dildo jan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klavs Næhr in the 96th minute of play forced Hostrup's goalkeeper Tor Schnelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens Rosenvard came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Hostrup's Jack Paalum. But to his dismay, Jack Paalum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Hostrup were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
