Kenney Hartzner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Godthåb defense, Vagn Kirkebjerg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenney Hartzner. The Godthåb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenney Hartzner should have stopped the shot. ALPHAXIFC's Tony Vandkjær proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save ALPHAXIFC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute Frans Kølben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenney Hartzner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Frans Kølben put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Kenney Hartzner. A collision led to Godthåb getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gregorius Arnegaard hit a great ball. Frans Kølben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenney Hartzner having to interfere. When ALPHAXIFC's Frans Kølben in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Godthåb's goalie prevented a goal. Vagn Kirkebjerg ran back to his position shaking his head. Godthåb's Kenney Hartzner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinhardt Bjørumslet in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Frans Kølben made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, ALPHAXIFC's Reinhardt Bjørumslet ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kenney Hartzner. Kenney Hartzner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Frans Kølben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ruben Klawonn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Godthåb's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Klawonn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Vandkjær breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Vagn Kirkebjerg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ALPHAXIFC's Frans Kølben got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th match minute, Godthåb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Eydunsson to maneuver through the defense. When Constantin Schonenberg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALPHAXIFC's protests and gave Constantin Schonenberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st match minute, ALPHAXIFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Schonenberg to maneuver through the defense. Frans Kølben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenney Hartzner having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Kølben in the 83rd minute of play forced Godthåb's goalkeeper Kenney Hartzner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Klawonn struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Tony Vandkjær didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Godthåb. Tony Vandkjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Klawonn in the 95th minute of the match. The Godthåb fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ALPHAXIFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
