In the 8th minute, Nico Elberg made a precise shot to the right of Eske Høysholdt. Tiilst's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Nico Elberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fjellebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nico Elberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frantz Aabøge in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eske Høysholdt saved Tiilst from getting behind. Eske Høysholdt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nico Elberg went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Eske Høysholdt managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Fjellebro's Nico Elberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 25 played minutes Tiilst got a freekick which was hit by Arnfred Findstrup. Eske Høysholdt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vagn Hallingskov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terry Blitz couldn't finish the play. Nico Elberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eske Høysholdt having to make a save. After 43 minutes of play, Fjellebro's Nico Elberg made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eske Høysholdt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fjellebro's Ulrik Grønsedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertrand Byrstrup in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sigfrid Gervin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frantz Aabøge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the game, Kenny Levas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fjellebro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiilst the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Fjellebro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Levas to maneuver through the defense. Fjellebro's Ulrik Grønsedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Fjellebro from getting a goal against them. Eske Høysholdt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frantz Aabøge in the 67th minute of play. If Frantz Aabøge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the Tiilst defense, Frantz Aabøge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eske Høysholdt. The Tiilst fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eske Høysholdt should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Fjellebro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
