Spectators: 8016 (Terracing: 6014, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tom Hvannastein started the match with the kick off. Severin Denson struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Kjeld Rylov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LUNDEBORG FC. Dick Folsby scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eigil Wichmand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in LUNDEBORG FC's zone, Tom Hvannastein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eigil Wichmand came out of the goal and Tom Hvannastein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Team Boukalele's Kjeld Rylov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louie Sanderlund in the 14th minute of play. Tom Hvannastein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Eigil Wichmand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LUNDEBORG FC's Eigil Wichmand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Hvannastein in the 19th minute of play. Per Greenvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eigil Wichmand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Greenvik in the 22nd minute of play. If Per Greenvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LUNDEBORG FC's Eigil Wichmand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Greenvik in the 26th minute of play. After 27 played minutes LUNDEBORG FC got a freekick which was hit by Louie Sanderlund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svenåge Vesselfeldt in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eigil Wichmand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Louie Sanderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjeld Rylov having to interfere. Svenåge Vesselfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tom Hvannastein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Team Boukalele booed when LUNDEBORG FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Ringmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Louie Sanderlund to make the kick off. After having played for 63 minutes, Per Greenvik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Boukalele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Greenvik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Per Greenvik recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eigil Wichmand. Per Greenvik showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Eigil Wichmand made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Tom Hvannastein sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the match, Louie Sanderlund notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Team Boukalele's Kjeld Rylov. Kjeld Rylov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Tom Hvannastein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Greenvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Tom Hvannastein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eigil Wichmand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Greenvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Team Boukalele played a much better game than LUNDEBORG FC and deserved their victory. The LUNDEBORG FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
