With a little luck, The End's Memphis Troldahl got control of the ball when Thue Varmdorf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thue Varmdorf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Memphis Troldahl having to interfere. Ernst Kjærvang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Memphis Troldahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Ganwills made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Refning in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match The End got a corner. Splash AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ejner Vesterli ran over to the corner to take the kick. Memphis Troldahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thue Varmdorf in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, The End's goal looked a bit too open when Thue Varmdorf came free, but Memphis Troldahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Vesturklett kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Memphis Troldahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thue Varmdorf in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Refning to make the kick off. Memphis Troldahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Kjærvang in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Splash AC's zone, Eric Refning stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffer Ganwills came out of the goal and Eric Refning tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the The End defense, Thue Varmdorf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Memphis Troldahl. The The End fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Memphis Troldahl should have stopped the shot. After 66 minutes, Ronnie Byrning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The End and the Splash AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ronnie Byrning kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Splash AC's Thue Varmdorf got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernst Kjærvang scored 2-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Memphis Troldahl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of The End:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Splash AC:s goal. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Splash AC. Waldemar Vrejlev stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Memphis Troldahl. 3-1. In the 83rd minute Eric Refning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Ganwills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Splash AC got a freekick which was hit by Tage Pern. After 87 played minutes The End got a freekick which was hit by Memphis Brunals. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Splash AC had played much better football throughout.
