In the 3rd minute, Dick Folsby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Klemens Hender came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Østrup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klemens Hender couldn't finish the play. Klemens Hender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kjeld Rylov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Klemens Hender shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjeld Rylov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Klemens Hender managed to get in a good position for a shot. Østrup FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Klemens Hender was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjeld Rylov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Walther Nieholt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjeld Rylov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Svenåge Vesselfeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bastian Hageland having to make a save. Bastian Hageland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svenåge Vesselfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute of the match, Tom Hvannastein got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bastian Hageland was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Østrup FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Team Boukalele:s goal. The goalkeeper, Bastian Hageland, was totally fooled by Team Boukalele's Per Greenvik, who 28 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Bastian Hageland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Greenvik in the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Per Greenvik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Boukalele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Greenvik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walther Nieholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjeld Rylov having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Team Boukalele's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Herning came free, but Kjeld Rylov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walther Nieholt took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjeld Rylov. Kjeld Rylov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klemens Hender was the one to do the kick off. Klemens Hender fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjeld Rylov having to interfere. Østrup FC's Bastian Hageland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Hvannastein in the 57th minute of play. Per Greenvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nick Kingston hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Svenåge Vesselfeldt scored 2-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bastian Hageland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Klemens Hender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustav Herning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Kjeld Rylov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Team Boukalele's zone, Klemens Hender stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjeld Rylov came out of the goal and Klemens Hender tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Team Boukalele getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Dick Folsby hit a great ball. Gustav Herning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Østrup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Hvannastein came free, but Bastian Hageland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Klemens Hender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Team Boukalele had won after a very even match.
