Egil Genild sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5 minutes into the match, Egil Genild dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eigil Wichmand, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rainer Birkesgaard during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, LUNDEBORG FC's Rainer Birkesgaard got a free kick in the 11th minute. When Galaxy United FC's Ulrick Fogelstrøm in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LUNDEBORG FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute Sigurd Almblad suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Galaxy United FC's Klaes Flakholm was substituted for Sigurd Almblad. After a rather tough play, LUNDEBORG FC's Lavritz Raunsholm got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Egil Genild had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Genild struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Eigil Wichmand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galaxy United FC. Kenneth Grøftebjerg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louie Sanderlund in the 24th minute of play. LUNDEBORG FC's Eigil Wichmand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save LUNDEBORG FC from getting a goal against them. Eigil Wichmand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulrick Fogelstrøm in the 30th minute. Klaes Flakholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Eigil Wichmand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Amdi Rylinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulrick Fogelstrøm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eigil Wichmand having to interfere. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LUNDEBORG FC! If Egil Genild had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Egil Genild was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klaes Flakholm during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Galaxy United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaes Flakholm to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Amdi Rylinger made a precise shot to the right of Eigil Wichmand. LUNDEBORG FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louie Sanderlund in the 62nd minute of play forced Galaxy United FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Grøftebjerg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klaes Flakholm struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eigil Wichmand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galaxy United FC. 66 minutes into the match, Klaes Flakholm notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of LUNDEBORG FC's Eigil Wichmand. Eigil Wichmand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, LUNDEBORG FC's goal looked a bit too open when Klaes Flakholm came free, but Eigil Wichmand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunner Fenby charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gunner Fenby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gunner Fenby kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Amdi Rylinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rainer Birkesgaard was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. A collision led to LUNDEBORG FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Rainer Birkesgaard hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute, Louie Sanderlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Egil Genild had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eigil Wichmand. LUNDEBORG FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egil Genild was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Eigil Wichmand came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Galaxy United FC's Klaes Flakholm. But to his dismay, Klaes Flakholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Amdi Rylinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eigil Wichmand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Galaxy United FC had played much better football throughout.
