The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olle Boest showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Thorsten Haukohl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olle Boest. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thorsten Haukohl was the one to do the kick off. Bøstrup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fyrsterne FC the free kick. After 67 played minutes Bøstrup got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Irmgaard. Olle Boest came out and tried to block the shot, but Andy Skurup slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Skurup in the 98th minute of play forced Fyrsterne FC's goalkeeper Olle Boest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Bøstrup supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bøstrup would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
