Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Alfram started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Asbjørn Benved shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Cidlik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Tue Hyllerslev put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Detlef Guldhjem. If Tue Hyllerslev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rupert Glitzky's late challenge caught a Nem FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rupert Glitzky helped the player get up and apologised. Rupert Glitzky kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Nem FC were awarded a corner. Edgar Alfram went to the cornerflag to take it. Asbjørn Højby was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Detlef Guldhjem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjørn Højby in the 18th minute of play. Nem FC's Elias Cidlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nem FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Alfram in the 23rd minute of play forced Hero's goalkeeper Detlef Guldhjem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Vagn Mandøe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Vagn Mandøe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice moves Vagn Mandøe could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Elias Cidlik however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Nem FC's Elias Cidlik got control of the ball when Vagn Mandøe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Detlef Guldhjem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjørn Højby in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asbjørn Benved stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Tue Hyllerslev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Detlef Guldhjem, passed just outside the right post. Frederick Dreier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Detlef Guldhjem made a huge save. Elias Cidlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asbjørn Benved, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Cidlik came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Hero's Asbjørn Benved. But to his dismay, Asbjørn Benved quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Nem FC booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Sønningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Alfram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Guldhjem having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Alfram in the 68th minute of play forced Hero's goalkeeper Detlef Guldhjem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Edgar Alfram shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Detlef Guldhjem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Hero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hektor Techen to maneuver through the defense. Elo Lyngskov hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Nem FC's Frederick Dreier seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Frederick Dreier the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Nem FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Frederick Dreier had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 82 minutes into the game, one of Nem FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Elias Cidlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asbjørn Benved, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nem FC's Elias Cidlik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asbjørn Benved in the 94th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Nem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Asbjørn Benved came free, but Elias Cidlik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
