After having played for 7 minutes, Kresten Følbæk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsted's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kresten Følbæk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vilfred Martinsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bjarke Bahrendorff could save by the left post. When Åsted's Lucas Fardan in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zenit's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Zenit getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ernst Karlsvogn hit a great ball. Bjarke Bahrendorff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilfred Martinsson in the 18th minute. Kresten Følbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilfred Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Bjarke Bahrendorff made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Kresten Følbæk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bjarke Bahrendorff. Kresten Følbæk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 28 played minutes, Zenit's Nickolas Fjordbank shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gunter Hertäg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zenit reached it. Lucas Fardan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Bjarke Bahrendorff made a huge save. Verner Masannek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjarke Bahrendorff having to interfere. Bjarke Bahrendorff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Fardan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Vilfred Martinsson fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsted's protests and gave Vilfred Martinsson a yellow card for diving instead. Åsted's Gunter Hertäg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terkil Nylund in the 41st minute of play. Lucas Fardan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bjarke Bahrendorff came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Fardan slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Lucas Fardan made the kick off in the second half. Gunter Hertäg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terkil Nylund in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kresten Følbæk in the 59th minute of play forced Zenit's goalkeeper Bjarke Bahrendorff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bjarke Bahrendorff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilfred Martinsson in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Fardan in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bjarke Bahrendorff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kresten Følbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bjarke Bahrendorff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltazar Sveller, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Bjarke Bahrendorff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Sveller in the 73rd minute of the match. Gunter Hertäg made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Daniel Fritzen sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Kresten Følbæk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsted's supporters rose to their feet, but Kresten Følbæk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bjarke Bahrendorff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Vilfred Martinsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bjarke Bahrendorff was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. The Åsted fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Åsted's Vilfred Martinsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kresten Følbæk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bjarke Bahrendorff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kresten Følbæk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bjarke Bahrendorff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Fardan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henning Fjeldsøe's late challenge caught a Zenit's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henning Fjeldsøe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zenit booed when Åsted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Fjeldsøe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bjarke Bahrendorff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilfred Martinsson in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Åsted players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
