In the 17th match minute, Nissum FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villiam Klockmann to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Richard Sefeld kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Timm Reimhede. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. The wind increased when Bengt Andreil made the kick off in the second half. Eyvind Rohr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tue Sivenboom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Ali Bryner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Curling's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nissum FV the free kick. After 56 played minutes FC Curling got a freekick which was hit by Ali Bryner. Tue Sivenboom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyvind Rohr having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Svend Værum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute Svenåge Panslev suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. FC Curling's Ali Bryner got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Ali Bryner off the ground. In the 65th minute, Ali Bryner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svend Værum in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
