The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute of the match, Waldemar Frænkel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stig Polerube saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 10th minute, Waldemar Frænkel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stig Polerube. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 13th minute, Renegades's Kristoffer Kildeskov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stig Polerube. Stig Polerube yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. With a little luck, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Stig Polerube got control of the ball when Leo Gorell tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 19 minutes, Waldemar Frænkel made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Stig Polerube tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 played minutes Birkholms Gæve Gangere got a freekick which was hit by Sigurd Øksentjørn. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Stig Polerube played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelius Middelhede in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Sigurd Øksentjørn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Birkholms Gæve Gangere and the Renegades players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Renegades booed when Birkholms Gæve Gangere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigurd Øksentjørn didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ralf Enggaard fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Birkholms Gæve Gangere's protests and gave Ralf Enggaard a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Ralf Enggaard got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julius Munkslev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Yoto Boshikyov threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julius Munkslev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute, Cornelius Middelhede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thøger Borlev hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Cornelius Middelhede struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Stig Polerube didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Renegades. Renegades's Cornelius Middelhede got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Birkholms Gæve Gangere's goalkeeper Stig Polerube, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stig Polerube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Frænkel in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Birkholms Gæve Gangere getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Eske Lysfeldt hit a great ball. Stig Polerube showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Frænkel, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Cornelius Middelhede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig Polerube came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Renegades's Zachary Dudek. But to his dismay, Zachary Dudek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 89th minute Zachary Dudek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Polerube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelius Middelhede in the 91st minute of play forced Birkholms Gæve Gangere's goalkeeper Stig Polerube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Zachary Dudek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Polerube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelius Middelhede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
