Thøger Borlev was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Stig Polerube, was totally fooled by Kørup's Ebbe Brigsted, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Abraham Erdmann hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Schwarck came free, but Stig Polerube reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Polerube showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Schwarck, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Piotr Schwarck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig Polerube. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. After 16 played minutes Birkholms Gæve Gangere got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Enggaard. Stig Polerube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Schwarck in the 17th minute of the match. Ingolf Overman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Vinterfog in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Piotr Schwarck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stig Polerube. Piotr Schwarck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Emil Klippegård got a free kick in the 28th minute. 4-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Piotr Schwarck elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Schwarck came free, but Stig Polerube reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Morgan Pold took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Stig Polerube to make any attempt to save it. Piotr Schwarck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stig Polerube came out and tried to block the shot, but Piotr Schwarck slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Richard Vinterfog made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Richard Vinterfog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Ralf Enggaard got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Valter Bikov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Stig Polerube was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingolf Overman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Vinterfog in the 64th minute of the match. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Ralf Enggaard managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bjørn Engemose in the 66 minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Richard Vinterfog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingolf Overman was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Kørup's Ingolf Overman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Kørup from getting a goal against them. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Ralf Enggaard quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bjørn Engemose, made in the 72nd minute of the game. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Richard Vinterfog got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th match minute, Birkholms Gæve Gangere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Enggaard to maneuver through the defense. Piotr Schwarck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Polerube having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Richard Vinterfog dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ingolf Overman, 7-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sigurd Øksentjørn during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Ebbe Brigsted ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig Polerube was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. In the 89th minute Abraham Erdmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Polerube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Bikov in the 93rd minute of play forced Birkholms Gæve Gangere's goalkeeper Stig Polerube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Polerube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Schwarck in the 94th minute of the match. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Stig Polerube played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Schwarck in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Ebbe Brigsted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kørup were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
