Spectators: 7793 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1925, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Piotr Schwarck started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tue Parslet in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingolf Overman saved Kørup from getting behind. Aslak Aggergaard hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Rudi Nelander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kørup's Piotr Schwarck got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Kerteminde Boldklub booed when Kørup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Pold didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tue Parslet in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingolf Overman saved Kørup from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tue Parslet in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingolf Overman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ingolf Overman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tue Parslet's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tue Parslet sped through Kørup's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ingolf Overman. In the 46th minute, one of Kerteminde Boldklub:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kerteminde Boldklub. Ebbe Brigsted walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Bikov in the 57th minute of play forced Kerteminde Boldklub's goalkeeper Kenneth Kizlich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kerteminde Boldklub getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Patrick Granning hit a great ball. Kenneth Kizlich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Bikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66thth minute of the game Tue Parslet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kørup's Ingolf Overman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kørup's zone, Rudi Nelander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingolf Overman came out of the goal and Rudi Nelander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Morgan Pold kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Kørup getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Valter Bikov hit a great ball. Abraham Erdmann charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abraham Erdmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute of the match Haakon Haarbøl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ingolf Overman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Kerteminde Boldklub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudi Nelander to maneuver through the defense. Kerteminde Boldklub's Kenneth Kizlich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Bikov in the 83rd minute of play. A well placed Tue Parslet short distance shot in the 87th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. If Tue Parslet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Abraham Erdmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kerteminde Boldklub played a much better game than Kørup and deserved their victory. The Kørup players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
