The wind increased when Tue Parslet made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Eske Lysfeldt got a free kick in the 51st minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig Polerube showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stig Polerube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Brorsbøl in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Richard Vinterfog made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth Kizlich. Kerteminde Boldklub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Birkholms Gæve Gangere's Stig Polerube played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudi Nelander in the 78th minute of play. Richard Vinterfog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kenneth Kizlich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Birkholms Gæve Gangere had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
