When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Henning Fjordskov put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Erhard Løfting. Erhard Løfting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorkild Lindekær in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henning Fjordskov made a kick off. Erhard Løfting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorkild Lindekær, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The Blues's attentive Derya Acabey managed to snatch the ball when John Dars made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. Erhard Løfting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henning Fjordskov in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, The Blues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Hurdle to maneuver through the defense. In the 64thth minute of the game Torleif Esmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Blues's Mira Bobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Andre Gedsted had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erhard Løfting. Hougaard FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andre Gedsted was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The Blues's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorkild Lindekær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Blues had played much better football throughout.
