The supporters of Refsgårde IF booed when HB Køge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Lensfort didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Ture Gynt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rico Balsved was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rico Balsved made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Bøgestad in the 8th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Refsgårde IF's Paw Kartin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Kurd Klinkby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rico Balsved read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Adam Hailand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rico Balsved made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Henry Bøgestad sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Henry Bøgestad made a precise shot to the right of Rico Balsved. HB Køge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Hailand in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sigfrid Vejmand saved Refsgårde IF from getting behind. Rico Balsved made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Bøgestad in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind HB Køge's goalkeeper Rico Balsved, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Refsgårde IF were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after HB Køge's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ture Gynt took the corner. After taking down the ball on Refsgårde IF's corner Ture Gynt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rico Balsved quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Refsgårde IF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eske Nordahn hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, HB Køge's Morthen Lestorf got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 46th minute, Henry Bøgestad made a precise shot to the right of Rico Balsved. HB Køge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adam Hailand to make the kick off. Adam Hailand might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sigfrid Vejmand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adam Hailand ran back to his position shaking his head. Adam Hailand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Sigfrid Vejmand made a huge save. After having played for 54 minutes, Paw Kartin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refsgårde IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paw Kartin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HB Køge's Rico Balsved played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Bøgestad in the 59th minute of play. Lenny Balstrøm kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Refsgårde IF's Henry Bøgestad made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rico Balsved was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rico Balsved didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Bøgestad went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, HB Køge's goal looked a bit too open when Paw Kartin came free, but Rico Balsved reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Bøgestad in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rico Balsved prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robin Spallou's late challenge caught a Refsgårde IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Spallou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, HB Køge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Spallou to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Villy Kenbøl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rico Balsved was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 94 minutes into the game, Paw Kartin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Rico Balsved was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
