YNWA's Peter Henvig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loui Dyndgaard in the 13th minute of play. Thorlejf Arneskov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torjus Solvoll didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 26thth minute of the game Zenon Gall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YNWA's Peter Henvig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peter Henvig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Gall's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Zenon Gall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Henvig was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After 37 minutes YNWA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Loui Dyndgaard who took care of the corner kick. Fred Halling tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Peter Henvig. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-2 in the 37th minute. Thorlejf Arneskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thorlejf Arneskov's late challenge caught a Gettrup SIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorlejf Arneskov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to YNWA getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Thorlejf Arneskov hit a great ball. Peter Henvig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Gall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Zenon Gall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Henvig was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Peter Henvig made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Zenon Gall sent off a good shot on target. In the 59thth minute of the game Zenon Gall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YNWA's Peter Henvig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Absalon Berritsgård was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Zenon Galls short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Peter Henvig to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. YNWA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Keld Popp scored to the left of an out of position Peter Henvig, making the score, 1-3. Peter Henvig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zenon Gall in the 72nd minute. Zenon Galls short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Peter Henvig to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, YNWA's Peter Henvig got control of the ball when Loui Dyndgaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82ndth minute of the game Zenon Gall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YNWA's Peter Henvig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
