Spectators: 8425 (Terracing: 6319, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stuart Telsing started the match with the kick off. Elivélton Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stuart Telsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gelmore FC's Stuart Telsing got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stuart Telsing in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elivélton Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elivélton Soares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stuart Telsing's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stuart Telsing in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elivélton Soares saved Stagsted from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonatan Byrkel during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Stagsted got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Byrkel. Stagsted's Elivélton Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stuart Telsing in the 26th minute of play. Stuart Telsing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elivélton Soares having to make a save. Elivélton Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Telsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 30 played minutes Gelmore FC got a freekick which was hit by Lv Yi Xing. In the 32nd match minute, Stagsted was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Byrkel to maneuver through the defense. Rune Frovin's late challenge caught a Gelmore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rune Frovin helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes Stagsted got a freekick which was hit by Rune Frovin. Stuart Telsing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Stuart Telsing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elivélton Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stuart Telsing in the 45th minute of the match. Mahieddine Bouzid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingolf Køie, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Rune Frovin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Wolfgang Aloph, 53 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Eberhardt Theda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stuart Telsing in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elivélton Soares saved Stagsted from getting behind. 59 minutes into the game, Gelmore FC's Stuart Telsing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elivélton Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Stuart Telsing who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Elivélton Soares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Stuart Telsing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stuart Telsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Soares having to interfere. Stuart Telsing took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elivélton Soares. Elivélton Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When the match was over Gelmore FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stagsted throughout the match.
