In the 47th match minute, Victory F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurd Thiemer to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Claus Skoubo made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troy Tella in the 52nd minute of play forced Victory F.C.'s goalkeeper Søren Malman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Søren Malman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikardt Janved, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Rikardt Janved took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Søren Malman to make any attempt to save it. Victory F.C. made a substitution. Ralf Leirup replaced Kurd Thiemer. Victory F.C.'s Caspar Alhouch was substituted for Henrik Lauritsen. When the match was over Svinninge IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Victory F.C. throughout the match.
