In the 3rd minute Wes Benbow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivélton Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Claus Skoubo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elivélton Soares. Stagsted's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claus Skoubo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jonatan Byrkel hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Elivélton Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claus Skoubo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Claus Skoubo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elivélton Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Victory F.C. booed when Stagsted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Byrkel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Kurd Thiemer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivélton Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claus Skoubo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Elivélton Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurd Thiemer might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elivélton Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kurd Thiemer ran back to his position shaking his head. Moses Vesterlyng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Taarn kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Søren Malman. That made the score 1-2 in the 26 minute of play. Stagsted's Elivélton Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Skoubo in the 28th minute of play. Nevjon Sheta kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claus Skoubo in the 30th minute of play forced Stagsted's goalkeeper Elivélton Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurd Thiemer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Stagsted booed when Victory F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Hadders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Søren Malman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eske Lindkilde in the 38th minute. Claus Skoubo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Soares having to interfere. But to his dismay, Claus Skoubo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingolf Køie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Kurd Thiemer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Elivélton Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 61 minutes, Moses Vesterlyng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Victory F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Moses Vesterlyng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wes Benbow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, Boleslaw Czerniak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Elivélton Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victory F.C.'s Asmind Wrensted was substituted for Wes Benbow. In the 74th minute, Moses Vesterlyng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Victory F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Claus Skoubo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elivélton Soares. That made the score 1-8 in the 82 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stagsted's Jonatan Byrkel got a free kick in the 85th minute. Elivélton Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Skoubo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Claus Skoubo took a quick shot and it went in 1-10 without a chance for Elivélton Soares to make any attempt to save it. Victory F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
