Leopold Razga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hauge Danegaard kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Gustaf Bjarnov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wictor Maiborg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Long Dolby got a corner. A Sandvig G's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerdt Trettvik ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wictor Maiborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Fogedby in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute Gerdt Trettvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Maiborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Long Dolby from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate got control of the ball when Klaus Nørbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvestre Serras short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Jimeno Eate to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jimeno Eate stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvestre Serra's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Strømvad in the 42nd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birger Strømvad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gerdt Trettvik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 50th minute. Long Dolby's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 53 minutes Long Dolby's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joseph Kyndlev who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Joachim Mørkholt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Strømvad in the 59th minute of play. Kurt Fogedby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Wictor Maiborg made a huge save. When Joseph Kyndlev came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the A Sandvig G fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Kyndlev couldn't finish the play. Wictor Maiborg made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Kurt Fogedby sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birger Strømvad in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimeno Eate prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Serra in the 75th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Birger Strømvad put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jimeno Eate. A Sandvig G's Finn Holger was substituted for Birger Strømvad. Jimeno Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn Holger in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Ulf Hindgart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A Sandvig G's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Long Dolby the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Fogedby got free with Wictor Maiborg in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kurt Fogedby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Wictor Maiborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
