Dirk Vilby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Serra in the 5th minute of the match. Dirk Vilby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dirk Vilby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Strømvad in the 16th minute of the match. Dirk Vilby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvestre Serra's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Serra in the 27th minute of play forced Hvidsten's goalkeeper Dirk Vilby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Silvestre Serra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dirk Vilby was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31stth minute of the game Silvestre Serra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hvidsten's Dirk Vilby was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Owe Simmelkiær cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wictor Maiborg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Zieba in the 38th minute of play forced A Sandvig G's goalkeeper Wictor Maiborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wictor Maiborg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Zieba, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to Hvidsten getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Owe Simmelkiær hit a great ball. Birger Strømvad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Silvestre Serra made the kick off in the second half. Klaus Nørbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Dirk Vilby made a huge save. In the 53rd minute Owe Simmelkiær shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Maiborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dirk Vilby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Nørbom in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Owe Simmelkiær in the 55th minute of play forced A Sandvig G's goalkeeper Wictor Maiborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was Joseph Kyndlev who took care of the corner kick. Joseph Kyndlev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Dirk Vilby made a huge save. Dirk Vilby came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by A Sandvig G's Tom Stahlschmidt. But to his dismay, Tom Stahlschmidt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.
